What am I?

I am one of the Earth’s elements that our plants needs to survive.
I exist when you feel something on your face and your hair will go every where
I can be very strong.
I can go through stuff and through little holes.
I can move stuff from one place to a another.
I can give everyone power to their homes.
Many people use me to cool people down so they are not sweating hot?
